Please see a communication from Rutland County Council about the local recycling site in North Luffenham.
Due to ongoing Severn Trent Water pipe repairs taking place at North Luffenham and the wider area, North Luffenham HWRC will be closed from 27th February for up to four weeks. Due to the nature and extent of the work there is no safe access to the site, hence the need for a full closure during this period.
To enable residents to still access a HWRC during this time, the Council will be opening Cottesmore HWRC for 7 days a week until North Luffenham HWRC reopens.
Please note that Cottesmore HWRC is unable to accept trailers.
RCC apologises for any inconvenience during this time and we will work closely with Severn Trent Water to ensure works are completed as quickly as possible.
